REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The majority of items purchased from Bridal & Beyond may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the day of purchase with the original receipt. All items returned must be unused and in its original saleable condition along with the original packaging. No refund or exchanges for special orders, deposits, clearance products, off-the-rack dresses, open CDs, personal products, earrings, or undergarments. Items returned without the original receipt but within 14 days of purchase will receive a credit note based on the lowest sale price.

SPECIAL ORDERS
All deposits made for special orders are 100% non-refundable or exchangeable. Any outstanding balance for special orders are due upon arrival and must be paid in full within 2 weeks of being notified of its arrival.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Price adjustment based on Bridal & Beyond's latest sale price will be honoured within 14 days from the day of purchase or when the order is placed along with the original receipt.
