We originally had finalized an arrangement with Dessy Group USA, the parent company for Dessy, After Six, and Alfred Sung. Dessy Group was to deal with all brides directly to ensure everyone receives their dress(s) in time for the wedding. They originally agreed to sell the dresses at wholesale prices to keep your total cost as close to the original purchase price as possible. However, we have received some feedback from customers that they are referring their order to another retailer forcing the customer to pay for full retail. We have approached Dessy Group regarding this issue but they declined to clarify their position. Here is their official response. “We will try our best to help them on a case by case basis. That is our policy.” We still recommend that you contact the vendor first to find out what they are willing to do to assist your particular order. Dessy Group can be reached at 646.638.9600.

If you are having problems, we recommend that you contact Bea Shawn Bridal who we have an alternate arrangement with that may keep you closer to the original purchase. You can contact Bea Shawn at 905-457-3363 to find out what she can do for you. Bea Shawn is a reputable and well established bridal retailer who have graciously agreed to help some of the brides that are affected by this unfortunately circumstance.

Unfortunately, we have exhausted all options and cannot proceed further. It is unfortunately not possible for us to provide you with a refund of your deposit as we have filed for bankruptcy and have officially ceased all operations. All of our assets have been transferred over to the bankruptcy trustee. The only reason you are still receiving communications from us is because a few members of the staff has volunteered to stay on for a short period to help brides sort out their outstanding orders.
